Carlie Mayo certainly has a tremendous amount of inborn talent for music and a voice to match it. But she also has an incredible set of skills which she has acquired and cultivated through hard work, through purposeful resolve and through intense focus.
We have not been able to determine Carlie’s age but the kind of proficiency that she possesses on stage and off is in no way attained overnight.
We hope that you do not make the mistake of thinking that mere singing is all that you will find in her impressively rich professional portfolio because Carlie Mayo has also taken on a very major role in a musical theater production called “A Wild, Wild Party” and she has won the Kennedy Center / American Theatre Festival Award.
