Kari Holmes of Detroit, MI started singing at a very young age and has grown up with it. Now at the ripe “old” age of eighteen, Kari came to Chicago, IL to try out for the ninth season of the American Idol completion.

Kari Holmes is very cute, very gifted and very determined!  But does she have what it takes to make it to the end of this American Idol singing talent search reality show?
