Margaret May who prefers being called Margo is a huge talent although you could never guess that by simply looking at her.

Why? Unlike many other performers Margo is modest and unpretentious, Margo is genuinely sweet and accommodating and, most of all, Margo has the look and the demeanor of a good all-American girl and she does not attempt to cover it all up with globs of makeup or weird hairdos.

But whether you could or could not tell at first glance, Margo is, in fact, a huge talent as she sings with a crystal clear voice, as she writes her own original music and lyrics, as she strums the strings of her guitar and, we think, as she also fingers the keyboard. Margo May has her own band which is appropriately called Margo May and the Honeybabes and the sound of their tunes are terrifically catchy.

Yes, it was us at American Buzz who are noting Margo May’s widely ranging musical abilities but so did the judges of the Season 8 American Idol talent search reality show because Margo had made it all the way to Hollywood last year after having initially auditioned in Kansas City, KS, her own home town.

Not having won last year but still not having been defeated, Margo May is trying again when she showed up to audition in Dallas, TX. And not at all surprisingly, she aced the initial tryouts for the ninth season of the American Idol competition and is once again on a straight path toward being Idolized.

Will Margo May make it this time? We at American Buzz believe that she has a very good chance. But more importantly, what do you believe?
