Another possible contestant for this years American Idol is Taylor Graves. Taylor is from Arizona and has preformed through the state. Another singer song writer type that is into aucostic sounds as well as alternative music.

Over the last few years Taylor has been found making people smile with his music at local coffee shops, weddings and other various venues. Could he transition this year as a possible music star via Idol?

It’s a family affair for the Castro’s when it comes to American Idol, you might recall as certain Jason Castro who finished 4th in AI7. This year rumor has it that Jason’s little brother Michael Castro has made it to the Hollywood round.

Michael has a bit of a new wave / punk look and I am guessing he get’s along just fine with the girls. Jason has spoken to the media about his little brother in the last several months … 

“He’d always outdo me,” Jason told Fox News reporter Jonathan Hunt of his brother Michael, as seen in this segment posted on You Tube. “Hold notes longer, hit higher notes, and I was always like, ‘How do you do that?’ Whatever!”

Michael made it through round one in Kansas City which was the last stop on the audition tour. So does little brother sport the dreads … no, Michael doesn’t have dreadlocks. But he does have a bright red mohawk. With a lot of loyalty and a little white-out, Jason’s dreadheads will no doubt become the redheads in no time.

Does David Osmond Have What It Takes To Make It In The Music Biz?

The Idol buzz mill is starting to get wound up, first rumors are about an Osmond that may appear on American Idol in 2009 / season eight. Some are saying David does not make it through the Hollywood rounds while others are not so sure. David Osmond is the 4th son of Alan and Suzanne Osmond, nephew of Donny and Marie Osmond.

If you have heard any updates on the possible "Osmond" idol post your comments below. I am getting excited about this years show, should be fun!

David has been the lead singer of the second coming "Osmonds" since he was a little boy. He started his singing career out singing with his brothers and sisters in a barbershop quartet.

I am sure David hopes his time on this years Idol will bring him into the spot light.
