Julissa Veloz has been signing since she was a young girl, born in 1988 in New Jersey it was obvious that music would be Julissa passion through life. Julissa began voice lessons with an opera singer (Nadine Herman) at around ten years of age.

As a teen Julissa accompanied a famous pianist Dalton Baldwin who recommended Julissa attend Julliard School of Music Preparatory College. As Julissa began to grow up she moved away from classical music to contempary R&B with a latin twist.

This girl has "the idol package" that I talk alot about on this site and she could very well take the prize this year. I expect to see her in the top 12 this year, however one never really knows.

Josh Cloud is an up and coming country singer out of Nashville, TN. He certainly has the look, now I just need to hear him sing. I checked around and came up with plenty of previous news / blog stories. On this idol contestant for the 2009 season 8 show.

Interesting, that is the first thing you notice about John Twiford. He is interesting indeed, you can find some deep, mind bending stuff on John’s MySpace page. There he talks about how you can "eat the sun" to gather energy. However, he mentions that it is important to do this only when the sun is low in the sky, so as not to blind your eyes.
